KVM Forum 2011 Schedule Published

This year's annual KVM forum call for papers is now closed and a schedule is now published on the official wiki listing the talks over the two day conference. Both days will have one track during the morning session and two during the afternoon sessions. After a first look , some of the more interesting topics to me personally include

  • KVM Direct Graphics Assignment
  • LIvebackup
  • Live block copy
  • Virtio SCSI
  • IO Throttling in KVM
  • The reinvention of qcow2
  • VFIO: PCI device assignment breaks free of KVM
  • Virtual Desktop Server Manager (VDSM) is now free
